Smart rules to display the Notams on the map

We have implemented rules for Notams to be practical when displayed on the map:

• When not relevant, the Notam does not come with a radius. Example: a Notam about the runway of an aerodrome
• If the Notam belongs to an airspace, Air Navigation Pro can sometimes detect it and display the Notam on the airspace, rather than displaying a circle all around the airspaces. This is quite handy when the airspace is rectangle. Previously the the Notam was displayed as a circle around this rectangle.
• Notams for obstacles are displayed as obstacles with a Notam icon
• Notams announcing UAV or modelling comes with a label UAV/Model on their border, similarly to the way airspace classes are displayed
