Icon indicating a TAF is available, even when no Metar is available.

The weather station icon (Taf/Metar) has a different color depending on the current weather: green/orange/red.
If no Metar is available, this icon is grey. We are now covering another case: the app does not know the current weather (the Metar), but it knows the forecast (the Taf). So far, the icon was the same error icon as when Air Navigation Pro cannot get the weather for the station. A user seeing that will likely not tap on the icon, since it’s in error icon.
Starting with this release, a dedicated icon is introduced when the Metar is not available but the TAF is.
