AN iOS 8.1.700 usability

Enhance the usability of existing features. Will require iOS 14.

Requirement

• Drawers now only display ECAM status in 3D view.
• Waypoint edition: tapping the ID field is easier
• Briefings go in Tools menu
• Character "/" not allowed in route name.
• Morse code: better colors
• Tools / Documents / Reload no longer ask for confirmation
• Faster and clearer way to select date and time
• Fix: text in German was not fitting in this menu about Metar
• Notam document: more friendly way to add aerodromes in it.
• Advisories: number of aircraft is changed with buttons
• Menu "Local Data Sync" moved under Setting.
• Logbook: + and - buttons to enter the number of landings.
• Disclaimer less intrusive
• Remove custom waypoints by sliding left only.
• Runway length selected via a spinner
• Nicer "Continue with email" button
• Stop asking for Manager group at startup

Bug

• Free products like OSM charts are labeled as 'Installed' in the Store even before purchasing and installing them, this is now fixed.
• Fix: Random crash after tapping the PLN in Route module
• HSI: yellow arrow should be cut in the middle.
• Fix: Flights with an invalid date will appear at the bottom and will be grouped in the "N/A" Section where the user can still adjust the date and time.
• Reverting to factory setting no longer closes the application.
